This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through Align Living, including digital products, coaching services, and event registrations. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products (Guides, Recipe Books, Programs, Downloads)

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the immediate and irrevocable access provided upon purchase, Align Living does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital product.

If you experience technical issues accessing a product, you may contact [your email], and reasonable efforts will be made to restore access.

2. Coaching Sessions and Coaching Packages

All purchases of coaching services, including single sessions and multi-session packages, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy:

Clients may reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions missed or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

All coaching sessions within a package must be used within the time period specified at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Workshops, Classes, and Live Events

All ticket purchases for workshops, classes, retreats, or events—virtual or in-person—are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may:

• Transfer your ticket to another individual, or

• Request a credit toward a future event, provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.

Failure to attend any event (“no-show”) does not qualify for a refund, credit, or transfer.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate order or accidental duplicate charge

• A technical issue that prevents access to a digital product and cannot be resolved by Align Living

Refunds, when granted, are issued at the sole discretion of Align Living.
